I am literally obsessed!!!! This farmhouse beauty is ready to go home!

I love the perfectly imperfect farmhouse look and this coffee table was screaming "make me old"! The top was refinished using General Finishes Antique Oak Water-Based Stain with a custom flat finish and paired with my favorite gray, a custom mix of Miss Mustard Seed's Trophy. And then for the hardware!!!!❤️❤️❤️ This beautiful new D. Lawless Hardware was aged to perfection using my favorite brass ager. And now it's truly farmhouse; perfectly imperfect!

Vanity turned into two night stands. Took a vanity apart and gave it a dipped look! Antique White and Java Gel Stain with HPTC Satin. I used Blue painters tap and a lot of measuring to make the lines perfect for this look. It was a task but I'm glad I did it!

This Hutch Top had no bottom and was found in someone's trash. I built a new bottom for it, which gave it a Farmhouse-Country look! All painted in General Finishes products, built with Ryobi Power Tools!

Where oh where do I begin?!?! This piece is really Ah-Mazing! It had such a beautiful and rare mix of woods. I immediately got a vision for it which would maintain the uniqueness and highlight what is so clearly special about this piece. To enhance the beauty of the wood I used a combination of a chalk paint wash and General Finishes Winter White Glaze. The body of the piece was hand painted in Pure White and the cabinets where stained in General Finishes Water Based Antique Oak. This gorgeous piece has the farmhouse charm that is so undeniably irresistible.

Rust and Lace

A family antique received a complete makeover. The body was first base coated with a mixture of GF Antique White and Driftwood milk paints (to prevent bleed throigh). I then painted in GF Antique white, slightly distressed, glazed with Van Dyke Brown and sealed with GF HP Topcoat

The drawer fronts were painted with MM iron paint. Then we did a raised stencil with AE Pearl Plaster, lightly tinted with GF Patina Green to create a subtle aqua color. Next, we sprayed MM Rust Activator and let it flow over the raised stencil, then sealed with HP Topcoat.

The top was done with GF Java Gel and sealed with HP Topcoat.

Several colors in neutral shades haphazardly over entire piece. The color FRENCH LINEN on the dreamer and door fronts. Texture medium in various areas. Sanded back in various ares to reveal the many other colors used. Crackle medium on various areas. Glazed with burnt umber color. Top coated with General Finishes High Performance in flat.

Chippy and Sweet

This sweet little dresser was in dire need of rehabbing. I removed two layers of warped veneer from the top. The whole piece was thoroughly cleaned and I applied Vaseline to create the chippy distressed effect. The piece was painted in General Finishes Empire Gray Chalk Paint and GF Antique White Milk Paint. The dresser was then distressed and glazed with General Finishes Van Dyke Brown Glaze. I love the natural look of the distressing. The whole piece (including the raw wood top) was sealed with GF High Performance Poly in a Flat finish. In rural Indiana country chic is very popular. I love the way General Finishes can help me fulfill the need, and create beautiful pieces with high quality products.
